- Consolidated net debt as on March 31, 2025, stood at INR 3,899 crore. The consolidated net debt-to-equity ratio was largely maintained at ~0.2, despite a capexheavy year.
- Proposed investment in Maharashtra Recently, JSL signed a non-binding MoU with the Maharashtra government with a possibility of an INR 40,000 crore investment in the state to set up a stainless steel manufacturing facility. The proposed facility is scheduled to be developed over the next 10 years, which is expected to create more than 15,000 jobs.
