Tanfac Industries: FY25 PAT UP 67.96% YoY- Financial Highlights for year ended March 31, 2025:
- Total revenue for FY25 was at ₹560 crores as compared to ₹385 crores in FY24.
- EBITDA (incl. other income) was at ₹132 crores in FY25 as compared to ₹78 crores in FY24, this would translate into an increase of 69% over FY24 and 24% EBITDA margin in FY25.
- Profit After Tax was at ₹88 crores in FY25 as compared to ₹70 crores in FY24.
- Speaking on the performance, Mr. Afzal Malkani, Director commented, "The Company is pleased to announce the highest ever revenue and net profit on the back of successful commissioning of its new HF expansion plant. This milestone, coupled with the ongoing growth in the HF and markets of downstream products during H2 FY25, has enabled TANFAC to deliver record performance in both revenue and net profit for the year ended March 31, 2025. With the optimization of the new HF plant and implementation of other down stream products, we anticipate continued strong performance in the coming years.”

Tanfac Industries commissions expanded capacity of its hydrofluoric acid plant
- Tanfac Industries has completed the brownfield expansion project of its hydrofluoric acid capacity from its existing unit from 45 MT to 90 MT and commissioned expanded capacity
- Speaking on the occasion, K. Sendhil Naathan, Managing Director of Tanfac Industries, said, We are excited to announce that we have completed the expansion project at the cost of around Rs 100 crore and commissioned the new State of the art HF plant as planned.
- With this TANFAC site has become one of the largest HF plants in India.
- In line with earlier communication, Co. intend to use majority of HF to manufacture high-end specialty fluoride molecules within group companies.
- This expansion will sustain growth trajectory going forward.
- Hydrofluoric acid to get rid of rust and to polish or etch glass.
- This chemical is also added to commercial rust removers, automotive cleaners, and water spot removers.

- Tanfac Industries Limited Announces Successful Commissioning of its second phase of 5,000 TPA (AHF Basis) High Purity Solar Grade DHF Plant
- Chennai, October 6, 2025: Tanfac Industries Ltd. (BSE- 506854, ISIN: INE639B01015), one of India’s leading players in Fluorine Chemicals, has successfully commissioned its second phase of 5000 TPA (AHF Basis) Solar Grade Dilute Hydro Fluoric Acid Plant on 6th October 2025 post approval of the quality of the trial production batches after the product conformed to the stringent quality requirements of its customers.
- Tanfac had already commissioned the first phase of the project in June 2025 (5,000 TPA – AHF Basis), expanding the total Solar Grade DHF capacity to 10,000 TPA (AHF Basis).
- Tanfac continues to be the only Indian Chemical Company to commission the Solar Grade DHF Plant.
