- Performance for the Year ended 31st March, 2025 The company for the year ended 31 st March, 2025, reported a consolidated total revenue of ₹ 38,361 mn, up by 19% YoY, as compared to ₹ 32,124 mn for the corresponding period ended 31 st March, 2024, primarily driven by Auto and Industrials segments.
- The Consolidated EBITDA was up by 43% YoY to ₹ 3,727 mn as against ₹ 2,606, mn for the corresponding period of the previous year.
- Profit after Tax was ₹ 1,845 mn, up by 48% YoY as compared to ₹ 1,243 mn last year.
- New customer engagements in large format Box build business, in Industrial and Railway business verticals.
- Established a dedicated MedTech Design Centre in Pune to accelerate healthcare innovations.
- Commissioned the Pune Mega Facility (26.5-acre campus) with 1.2 Mn sq. ft. potential manufacturing space
