  • The Chennai-based company will sell its shares between ₹249 to ₹263 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the company will have a post-listing market capitalisation of ₹4,244 crore.
  • At the upper price band on the post-issue capital, the company is valued at a P/E (price-to-earnings) and P/BV (price-to-book value) multiple of 13.4 times and 1.5 times, respectively
  • Northern Arc Capital's revenue increased by 45% and profit after tax (PAT) rose by 31% between the financial year ending with March 31, 2024 and March 31, 2023.
