  • Pleased to announce the receipt of a new export order for supply of large diameter line pipes for Oil & Gas application to one of our most prestigious clients in Middle East. 
    • This order will be serviced from our Indian facility. Since last announcement dated 4th June, 2025, have received additional orders, cumulatively valued at Rs 1,600 Crore (approx.) for India line pipe facility. 
    • With these new orders,  current consolidated global order book stands at Rs 18,000 Crore (approx), giving clear business visibility and continuity both at USA & India assets. 
    • The above order book will be executed during FY26 & FY27. 
  • In the interim budget, Jal Jeevan Mission got the highest share (INR 69,926 crore within the total budgetary allocation (INR 77,390 crore) to the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation.  
  • Key Drivers - Saudi Arabia : EPIC’s well-established track record in the market, strong brand name and solid competitive advantages have resulted in the signing of a number of new contracts including a significant SAR 1 billion (~Rs 2,200 crore) contract awarded recently by SWCC
  • NET DEBT reduced to INR 503 crore at the end of 9MFY24 compared to INR 1,837 crore at the end of 9MFY23 driven by strong free cash-flows from the businesses
  • PAT: 9MFY24 it stood at INR 842 crore against a loss of INR 29 crore during the corresponding period previous year
