  • Warrants carrying option to subscribe to Equity share in the ratio of 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 525/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Twenty-Five Only) (including premium of Rs. 515/-) for 1 (One) warrant, aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 Crore (Rupees One Thousand Crore Only) within 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and other applicable laws and subject to the approval of the members and other necessary regulatory, statutory and other approvals, permissions and sanctions, as may be applicable
