  • raising of funds through issuance of 1,90,47,619 warrants carrying options to subscribe equity shares in the ratio of 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 525/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Twenty-Five Only) (including premium of Rs. 515/-) for 1 (One) warrant, aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 Crore (Rupees One Thousand Crore Only), by way of preferential issue on private placement basis to the proposed Allottees as per Annexure-I in one or more tranches, subject to the approval of the members of the Company, and such other statutory and regulatory approvals as may be applicable
  • Warrants carrying option to subscribe to Equity share in the ratio of 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 525/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Twenty-Five Only) (including premium of Rs. 515/-) for 1 (One) warrant, aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 Crore (Rupees One Thousand Crore Only) within 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and other applicable laws and subject to the approval of the members and other necessary regulatory, statutory and other approvals, permissions and sanctions, as may be applicable

    • The project is slated to be completed within a timeframe of 48 months, following which WEL will undertake O&M responsibilities for a period of 15 years.
