Sometimes reading annual reports helps a lot in finding hidden stocks for me. It is a boring process because there are lot of pages involved in reading which is time consuming. But it greatly helps me in finding stocks that hold good potential. 

My theme is IPL will outgrow every sport and the value of the IPL team will be huge in future because the audience base in IPL is great 

  • Market cap: Less than 2000 cr
  • Owns and operates the Lucknow Super Giants franchisee of the Indian Premier League
  • Total Assets:  13,158.64 
  • Other Intangible Assets :  5,475.76 (  Franchisee Rights :  5,099.00 for IPL team ) 
  • Sports is big, and will only get bigger
  • RPSG Ventures holds a 51% stake in RPSG Sports Private Limited (RPSG Sports), which holds the right to own and operate Lucknow Super Giants — the Lucknow franchise of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the country’s preeminent professional men’s T20 cricket tournament 
  • Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) had a successful first season of the IPL, having qualified for the playoffs in 2022.     
  • RPSG VENTURES LIMITED:  holds 53.66% in First Source Solutions:: roughly 5000 cr value ( This is the holding company investment)
